Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most planted grapes in the world next to chardonnay and Merlot. In France it is more often blended but across the world wines with 100% Cabernet are showing the versatility of the varietal. We will be tasting the minty subtleties of Australian Cabernet along with the minerality of the Chilean expressions. We will show you what Napa can do when aged well and what it can do when a bit young but made well. And lastly we will explore the complexity of Cabernet based blends. Come join us as we experience the many diverse characteristics of this noble grape from Chile to Italy's east coast.
