J/M/Z train: Take the train to Essex St. Station. Walk north on Essex St, which becomes Avenue A north of Houston. Take a right on E. 4th St. In Vino will be on the north side of the street, between Avenue A and Avenue B.

6 train: Take the train to Astor Pl. Walk south on 4th Ave. until you hit E. 4th St. Take a left. In Vino will be on the north side of the street, between Avenue A and Avenue B.

There is street parking available, but depending on the time of day and the season, it can take a good amount of time to find a spot. The nearest parking garage to us is at the corner Houston and Essex St. (which is Ave. A continued south of Houston).
